摘要
本文研究运用化学反应生成银的办法,制得电阻率<10^(-3)Ω·cm用于导线接头的导电膏。在研制过程中对还原剂甲醛的加入量、加入速率,固化剂的加入量、固化时间对电导性的影响进行了分析比较。
The conductive ointment used as wire connection is produced by the way of chemical reaction, which can produce silver. The electrical resistivity of the conductive ointment is less then 10-3Ω·cm. The paper makes a comparative analysis of the effects of the mixing amount and rate of the reductant-formaldehyde, the mixing amount and solidification time of the solidified agent on the conductivity of the conductive ointment.
