摘要
行政区划在不同的社会经济发展环境中体现为不同的作用 ,也是城市—区域管治的一个重要内容和研究视角 ,在都市密集地区更是如此。本研究从行政区划着手 ,分析了其内在的运作机制及外部效应对区域发展的种种影响 ,重点剖析了中国行政区经济壁垒、都市区域体制等的问题与原因 ,评估了行政区划调整的影响。基于未来中国社会经济总体走向 。
Administrative divisions play different roles in various social and economic environments, and are one of the important tasks in urban-regional governance, especially in urban agglomeration areas. This paper analyzes the operational mechanism of administrative divisions and its externalities on regional development. The authors focus on the economic barriers between different administrative jurisdictions and its reasons, and put forward an evaluation of effects in adjusting administrative divisions. A regional governance framework for urban agglomeration is also proposed based on the overall tendencies of social development in China.
