摘要
目的 通过对扩张性心肌病、风湿性心脏瓣膜病、陈旧性心肌梗死患者血清中sFas及sFas L等细胞因子检测 ,以期了解DCM发生发展的可能机制。方法 心功能Ⅲ -Ⅳ级DCM患者 2 0例、风湿性心脏瓣膜病患者 2 4例、OMI患者 2 9例及 2 4例年龄、性别匹配正常对照者。运用ELISA法测sFas及sFas L ,放射免疫法测IL 6、NO、ET、TNF。结果 不同病因所致心衰中 ,在相同的心功能分级条件下 ,扩张型心肌病患者sFas、sFas L明显高于其它病因所致者。结论 心衰患者神经内分泌过度激活 ,且心肌细胞存在细胞凋亡 。
Objective The purpose of the present study was to examine plasma levels of soluble Fas/Apo-1 receptor (sFas)?soluble Fas ligard (sFas-L) and other cytokines and their relations to dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods Plasma levels of sFas/sFas-L were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays using monoclonal anti-human antibodies. The study included 20 DCM patients,24 patients with rheumatic heart disease and 29 old myocardial infarction patients.Results Concentration of sFas and sFas-L in DCM patients were higher than that of the others' ( P <0.05).Conclusion Cytokine plays a great role in DCM.
