摘要
目的 探讨经腹肋缘下切口在泌尿外科中的应用价值。方法 采用经腹肋缘下切口做了 47例肾肿瘤切除术 ,其中肾癌根治术 43例 ,最大的肾癌重达 1.6kg。 4例肾上腺肿瘤切除术和 1例胃十二指肠动脉 肾动脉旁路转流术。结果 经此切口顺利切下所有肿瘤 ,较容易地进行了胃十二指肠动脉 右肾动脉旁路转流术 ,伤口愈合良好 ,无腹腔并发症。结论 该切口操作简单 ,手术区域显露好 。
Objective To evaluate the advantage of transperitoneal subcostal incision in urological surgery.Methods Transperitoneal subcostal incsion was used in 47 cases of nephrectomy with kidney tumors,among which 43 cases with renal cell carcinomas. Radical nephrectomies were performed,the largest tumor weighing 1.6 kilograms; 4 cases of adrenoectomy with adrenal gland neoplasms and 1 case of revascularization of the right renal artery by gastroduodenal artery.Results This incision made all the operatioons easier,safer and quicker to perform.Conclusion This approach provides an excellent exposure for operations on most renal and adrenal malignant diseases. It is easier to perform and has less abdominal complications.
