摘要 目的 :观察降纤酶在局灶性脑缺血再灌注过程中的作用 ,并对其作用机制进行研究 .方法 :用改良的Longa氏法 ,在易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠制备可再灌注大脑中动脉闭塞模型 ,应用降纤酶 ,观察脑梗死灶体积、脑微血管超微结构 .结果 :再灌注后 1,3,7d降纤酶组脑梗死灶体积较对照组减小 ,微血管超微结构较对照组完好 .结论 :降纤酶可通过保护微血管、减小脑梗死灶体积 。 Purpose: In this research, we investigated the role of defibrase in reperfusion after rats focal cerebral ischemia, including the mechanism of defibrase. Methods: Renovascular hypertensive rats were chosen for reperfusion model after middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) by Longas. The infarct volume and the ultrastructure of cerebral microvessels were observed. The effects of defibrase were also studied. Results: In defibrase groups, the infarct volumes were smaller than the control groups after reperfusion for 1?d, 3?d, 7?d. The damages of microvessels were also smaller. Conclusion: Defibrase could prevent brain tissues from reperfusion injury after ischemia, and reduced the infarct volume through ameliorating microvessels.
