摘要
目的 :观察降纤酶在局灶性脑缺血再灌注过程中的作用 ,并对其作用机制进行研究 .方法 :用改良的Longa氏法 ,在易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠制备可再灌注大脑中动脉闭塞模型 ,应用降纤酶 ,观察脑梗死灶体积、脑微血管超微结构 .结果 :再灌注后 1,3,7d降纤酶组脑梗死灶体积较对照组减小 ,微血管超微结构较对照组完好 .结论 :降纤酶可通过保护微血管、减小脑梗死灶体积 。
Purpose: In this research, we investigated the role of defibrase in reperfusion after rats focal cerebral ischemia, including the mechanism of defibrase. Methods: Renovascular hypertensive rats were chosen for reperfusion model after middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) by Longas. The infarct volume and the ultrastructure of cerebral microvessels were observed. The effects of defibrase were also studied. Results: In defibrase groups, the infarct volumes were smaller than the control groups after reperfusion for 1?d, 3?d, 7?d. The damages of microvessels were also smaller. Conclusion: Defibrase could prevent brain tissues from reperfusion injury after ischemia, and reduced the infarct volume through ameliorating microvessels.
