摘要
目的 :观察促菌生治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法 :根据设定标准 ,选择了 2 0 0例患者 ,其中10 0例作为治疗组 ,另 10 0例作为对照组 ,对治疗组口服蜡样芽胞杆菌活菌片 ,而对照组常规给予抗病毒药物 ,补液对症治疗。结果 :在治疗组中 97%的患者治愈 ,其显效时间最短 2 d,最长 8d;在对照组中 72 %的患者治愈 ,其显效时间最短为 3d,最长 12 d。两组的平均显效时间、治愈率及总有效率差异具有显著性 ,P≤0 .0 1。结论 :口服蜡样芽胞杆菌活菌片 ,可以提高肠道环境的质量及维持正常的肠蠕动 。
Objective:To observe the effect of treating infantile antumn diarrhed with chujunsheng which are live Bacillus.Methods:200 cases of patients were chosen by the standard study group have 100 cases control group have 100 cases,to study group has been given live Bacillus cereus,control group has been given antivirus drugs supplying Fluid,and anty symptom treatment.Result:The shortest effective time is in 2th day,the longest effective time is in 8th day.The care rate is 97% in study group.The shrtost effective time is in 3th day.The longest effective time is in 12th day.The cure rate is 72% in control group. The difference between two group is obvious( P ≤0 01)through contrasting treating effect of two group and treating mean effective time care rate and total effective rate of two group by statistics methods.Conclusion:Oral administration of live Bacillus cereus which is a microecology therapy can raise quality of intestinal eclogy andmaintainnormal peristalsis and raise the body capability of anti disease.
