摘要
目的 :探讨革兰阴性杆菌产 Amp C酶的初筛检测及意义 ,并了解本院革兰阴性杆菌产生Amp C酶的情况。方法 :实验用头孢西丁三相试验进行检测。结果 :从 136株对第三代头孢菌素等多种抗生素耐药的革兰阴性杆菌中共检出 4 6株产 Amp C酶 ,检出率为 33.8% ,主要为肠杆菌属、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌。结论 :头孢西丁三相试验操作简便 ,可作为革兰阴性杆菌产 Am p C酶的初筛检测 。
Objective:To study the screening method and its significance of detecting AmpC β lactamases in gram negative bacilli and determine the prevalence in our hospital of these strains producing AmpC β lactamases.Methods:Cefoxitin three-dimension was used to detect AmpC β lactamases.Results:Among 136 clinical isolates of gram negative bacilli which are resistant to cephalosporins 3 and other antibiotics ,there are 46 strains(33 8%)AmpC β lactamases.These are Enterobacter and pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli .Conclusions:Cefoxitin three dimension was simply and may be used to screen detecting AmpC β lactamases,which provide the evidence for properly using drugs in clininc.
