摘要
人力资源是企业发展中不可或缺的重要资源。本文分析了我国在人力资源开发与管理上存在的主要问题 ,指出了在这方面我国与发达国家的差距 ,最后提出了一些对策建议。
Human force resource plays an important role in enterprises' development. The article focues on the human force resources' development and management, because there is still a great gap between China and some developed countries. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.
