摘要
本文通过对亚麻三个杂交组合的495块花粉愈伤组织进行低温保存试验,分析了低温保存对亚麻花粉愈伤组织存活率及分化率的影响,阐述了低温保存花粉愈伤组织在亚麻单倍体育种中的意义。
