摘要
目的 :探讨自膨式Wallstent治疗上腔静脉综合征的临床价值。材料与方法 :对 7例上腔静脉综合征的手术适应症、手术操作及术后处理进行分析。结果 :7例患者全部成功置入支架 ,共使用Wallstent 8枚 ,支架置入前均行球囊扩张术。术后 1周 ,静脉曲张消失 ,患者症状有明显改善。对其中 6例患者随访 4～ 10个月 ,症状无复发 ,术中、术后未出现严重的手术并发症。结论 :使用血管内支架置入术治疗上腔静脉综合征是安全、有效的治疗方法。
Purpose:To evaluate the clinical value of self-expanding Wallstents placement as the primary treatment for superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS).Materials and Methods:7 cases of SVCS were analyzed.Results:Stent placement was successful in all patients.Before 8 Wallstents were implanted in the 7 patients,percutaneous ballon angioplasty were performed for all patients.Varicose symptom disappeared within 1 week after operation.During 4～10 months follow-up period,the symptom of SVCS didn't recur in 6 of 7 patients.No fatal complications were observed in 7 patients.Conclusion:Endovascular therapy with stent placement should be considered a safe and effective treatment for SCVS.
