摘要
目的 探讨成人CPS的发作间期的SPECT特点与分型。方法 对 6 4例成人CPS进行发作间期 99m[TC] -ECD的SPECT显像与CT/MRI、EEG对比。结果 SPECT异常 81.2 5 % (5 2 /6 4 ) ,正常 18.75 % (12 /6 4 )。四个类型 :颞叶型 2 8.12 % (18/6 4 ) ,颞外型 18.75 % (12 /6 4 ) ,联合型 34.37% (2 2 /6 4 ) ,正常型 18.75(12 /6 4 )。单侧 71.15 % (37/5 2 ) ,双侧 2 8.84 % (15 /5 2 )。CT/MRI异常 6 7.18% (43/6 4 )。颞叶病变 76 .74 % (33/43) ,颞外病变 13.95 (6 /43) ,联合病变 9.3% (4/43)。结论 成人CPS的SPECT显像分 4个类型 。
Purpose To investigate the feature and types of SPECT image in interictal and patients with complex partial seizure(CPS). Methods The 64 cases adult with CPS by compared with SPECT image in interictal and CT/MRI,EEG.Result The SPECT abnormal in 81.75%(52/64),normal in 18.75%(12/64).The four types;temporal lobe types in 28.12% and extratemporal types 18.75% and combine types 34.37% and normal types in 18.75%.single side in 71.15% and two side 28.84%.TheCT/MRI abnormal in 67.18% temporal lobe lesion 76.74% and extratemporal lesion 13.95% and combine lesion in 9.3%. Conclusions The SPECT image in adult CPS with patients was four types,structure abnormal of CT/MRI was relatived concentration in temporal. [
