摘要
以盆栽烟苗为材料 ,研究了HarpinEa激发对不同抗性品种烟草叶片中的苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)、多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性的影响 .结果表明 ,经HarpinEa激发后 ,烟草叶片中的PAL ,PPO活性变化同品种的抗感性在一定程度上相一致 ,且酶活性高峰期出现在激发处理后的第 4~ 5天 .
By pot experiment,a study was conducted on the activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL) and polyphenol-oxidase(PPO) in tobacco leaves elicited by Harpin Ea.The results showed that the activities of PAL and PPO was positively related to the resistance of the tested varieties,and the enzymes activities reached a peak value on 4th~5th d after treatment.
