金属汞经人体胎盘转运和乳汁传递的研究 被引量:3

A Study on the Maternal-fetal Transfer of Metallic Mercury via placenta and Milk

摘要 对职业性接触金属汞和对照组孕产妇的乳汁、母体血、脐带血和胎盘汞含量的研究表明,职业性接触金属汞可使作业工人体内汞负荷增加。接触组脐带血的无机汞含量显著高于母体血,两者间呈显著正相关关系(r=0.705,P<0.05),表明金属汞易于经胎盘转运。接触组乳汁的无机汞/总汞比值显著高于母体血,而有机汞/总汞比值则相反,表明金属汞可以经乳汁分泌。接触组乳汁与母体血间无机汞及总汞的相关系数分别为R=0。567,P>0.05;r=0.599,P<0。05,也表明金属汞易于经乳汁分泌。 Inorganic,organic and total mercury in maternal blood,umbilical cordblood,placenta and milk of exposed group were significantly higher than that of nonexposed group.The concentration of the inorganic mer-cury in the umbilical cord blood and placental tissues were significant positive correlation existed between maternal and umbilicas cord blood,strongly indicated the existance of maternal-fetal transfer of mercury viaplacenta.In exposed group,the ratio between organic and total mer-cury of milk was markedly lower than that of maternal blood,but,theratio between inorganic and total mercury of milk was on the contra-ry.It revealed that metallic mercury was secreted via milk.Correla-tion coefficient of inorganic and total mercury between milk and ma-ternal blood was R=0.567,P>0.05;R=0.599,P<0.05,respectively,in-dicating also that metallic mercury can be easily secreted via milk.me-
