综采面巷道煤柱沿软弱夹层整体外错滑移治理技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对三道沟煤矿5-2煤层综采工作面巷道煤柱遇水软化后受采动影响出现整体滑移、片帮、脱锚等现象,分析了巷道煤柱整体外错滑移机理,结果表明:相邻采空区侧方支承压力导致巷道顶板产生大量垂直裂隙,顶板裂胀产生水平移动趋势,软夹层为水平移动提供滑面,顶板带动滑面上部煤层向相邻采空区滑移,形成巷道外错滑移现象。根据其机理及围岩破坏的规律,采取留设合理煤柱宽度与优化原有支护方案两种手段对煤柱进行治理,治理后煤柱外错变形明显减小,有效保证了巷道的稳定性。 Aiming at coal pillar overall slippage,rib spalling and anchor breaking after water softening in Sandaogou coal mine 5-2coal seam fully mechanized working face,the paper analyzed the mechanism of roadway slippage,the results showed that,lateral abutment pressure from adjacent goaf caused lots of vertical fracture in roadway roof,the roof cracked and expanded creating horizontal movement trend,with soft interlayer providing smooth sliding surface,roof driving the upper coal pillar on the surface slipping to adjacent goaf,which forms the roadway outward slippage phenomenon.Finally according to the failure mechanism of surrounding rock breaking law,coal pillar with reasonable width was designed and the original roadway supporting scheme was optimized,after the governance measures the pillar deformation was obviously reduced,ensuring the stability of roadway.
