摘要
为消除数据孤岛,减少数据冗余,提高数据质量,保障数据定义与使用的唯一性及一致性,促进公司精细化管理的推进,提出了基于MES理念的公司级生产执行系统。通过计划协同编制、信息共享传递、实施进度动态跟踪等信息化手段,实现了生产经营大数据的一体化协同管理。现场应用结果表明:实施矿区信息化能挖掘数据潜在价值,提高工作效率,降低决策风险,促进经营管理方式转变。
In order to eliminate data island and redundancy,improve the quality of data,ensure the data definition and the uniqueness and consistency in application,and promote the delicacy management company,a production execution system is proposed based on the concept of MES.With information means such as planning coordination,information sharing,dynamic tracing implementation progress,the integrate management of production and operation of large data is realized.Application results show that,mining information can dig the potential value of mining data,improve the work efficiency,reduce the decision risk,and promote the transformation of the operating management.
