基于等压开采的大采高综采工作面过空巷防冒顶技术 被引量:27

摘要 针对神东矿区浅埋煤层大采高综采工作面过空巷过程中发生的冒顶和压架事故等问题,采取支护强度计算和现场矿压显现分析等手段,总结提出了等压开采技术,详细阐述了等压开采技术的定义、顶板活动规律、机理以及等压距离的确定,并在哈拉沟煤矿02209综采工作面过空巷进行了现场应用,结果表明,采用该技术可以有效防止大采高综采工作面过空巷期间发生漏矸、冒顶、压架事故。 Aiming at the problems of Shendong mining area during shallow coal seam high cutting fully mechanized working face crossing abandoned roadway,including roof caving and support crashing accident,the paper carried out supporting strength calculation and strata pressure behavior analysis,summarized the post-weighting mining technology,and elaborated the definition of post-weighting mining technology,law and mechanism of roof movement,as well as the weighting-lagging distance determination.The technology was applied in Halagou coal mine during 02209 fully mechanized working face crossing abandoned roadway,the results showed that,the accidents of gangue leakage,roof caving and support crashing were avoided.
