摘要
针对传统钻探技术存在钻探距离短、精度低、极易造成探测盲区等问题,提出采用长距离定向钻探技术,并以神东煤炭集团补连塔煤矿为背景,研究了定向钻机在探测煤层冲刷带、煤层厚度变化以及探放水等方面的应用,给出了定向钻探成套设备、施工工艺和解决方案,并总结了相关经验,为补连塔矿解决了实际难题,也为其他矿井提供了有效的参考。
Aiming at the shortage of conventional drilling techniques,such as short drilling distance,low precision,easily leading to detection blind area,a long range directional drilling technology is proposed,and the application effect of the directional drilling is studied in the detection of coal seam erosion zone and thickness variation of coal seam,as well as water exploration and drainage.The complete equipment,construction process and solution scheme are provided for the directional drilling,relative experience is summarized,which has solved the problems in Bulianta coal mine,and can offer references for other coal mine.
