摘要
以补连塔煤矿综采一队单面年产突破1500万t为工程背景,介绍了综采一队人员配置情况、所采工作面参数及设备配套情况、回采过程中人员劳动组织情况及使用的一些新技术,重点分析了工作面两端头割煤工艺改进、末采贯通新技术、治理巷道底鼓新技术,为煤炭企业建设安全高效的矿井提供一定的借鉴。
Taking the working face in Bulianta coal mine as engineering background which has an annual capacity of over15-million-ton,the paper introduced the mining team personnel allocation,the parameters of working surface,equipment matching conditions,labor organization and new technologies during mining process,selectively analyzed the improvement of two-end coal cutting in working face,new terminal mining cutting through and floor heaving control technologies,so as to provide a reference for high efficiency coal mine establishment in coal enterprise.
