摘要
通过分析刮板输送机的过载机理,对电动机冲击力矩有了更深入的认识。摩擦限矩器设定适当的打滑转矩,对电动机冲击力矩可“趋利避害”。分析链条所承受力与电动机转矩的关系,推导出理想过载系数的表达式;分析摩擦限矩器的打滑磨损,给出摩擦限矩器设计过载系数的经验式。
Thorough understanding of impact force of motor is achieved through analyzing the overload mechanism of armored face conveyor.To set the friction torque limiter at an appropriate slip torque may take advantage and eliminate disadvantage of the impact force of motor.The expression formula of desired overload coefficient is derived from analysis of the relationship between the bearing load of chain and the torque of motor.The empiricism formula of design overload coefficient of the friction torque limiter is given by analyzing the slip wear of the friction torque limiter.
