介绍了KM250/1600型压滤机结构,通过分析一个工作循环的4个阶段:合拢压紧、入料过滤、压榨脱水、分组拉开卸料,阐明快速压滤机工作原理,同时分析了其在选煤厂自动控制方面的应用。
The paper introduces a structure of KM250/1600 speed-motion filter press,through the analysis for the four-stage in one working cycle: healing and pressing,feeding and filtering,expelling and dehydration,dragging apart and dumping,introduces the principle of filter press,at the same analyzes the application in autocontrol at coal preparation plant.
