摘要
针对GDS-100型钢缆输送带托绳轴存在的问题提出改造,介绍了托绳轮轴的改造方法和效果。改造后杜绝了因托绳轮故障引起的钢缆输送带脱槽甚至断带事故的发生,保证设备运行安全。
This paper introduces existing problems of wirerope wheel shaft for GDS-100 type wirerope belt conveyor,after improveing,stop problems of wirerope belt droping groove and breaking belt,pledge equipment safe.
