摘要
轧辊油膜轴承按润滑理论可分为静压油膜轴承、动压油膜轴承及静-动压油膜轴承3种。对轧辊油膜轴承中静压或静-动压油膜轴承必须使用的超高压润滑系统,即静压润滑系统在设计、安装、维护方面进行了探讨。
According to the lubrication theories,the oil film bearing of rolling mill divides into three species,that are static-pressure oil film bearing,dynamic-pressure oil film bearing,and static-dynamic oil film bearing.Static-pressure lubrication system,a kind of super high pressure system, is applied to static-pressure oil film bearing and static-dynamic oil film bearing.The paper discusses the design of system,the field installation,and the routine maintenance etc..
