液体气溶胶在动物体内沉积研究 被引量:1

On the Deposition of Inhaled Aqueous Aerosol Particles in Animals

摘要 本文表明:小鼠、金黄地鼠、豚鼠和兔子体内总沉积分别为50.3±14.1%,44.1±11.1%、56.3±7.1%和47.2±10%;呼吸道内沉积分别为29.7±7.3%、34.7±11.9%、39.4±7.4%和35.2±7.5%;体内沉积分布有一共同规律,即头部沉积最高,其后依次为肺、口腔、食道和气管,右肺沉积高于左肺;沉积在呼吸道内的粒子50%以上分布在头部,肺部沉积不超过50%,气管内沉积占很小比例。 Mice,golden hamsters,guinea pigs and rabbits were exposed head-only toan aqueous aerosol (MMD=0.89μm,σg=2.0) for 10 minutes,and the deposi-tion in their organs were measured immediately afterward. The results indicated:the total aerosol particles deposited in these animalswere 50.3±14.1%,44.1±11.1%,56.3±7.1%,and 47.2±10%,and those depos-ited in the respiratory tract were 29.7±7.3,34.7±11.9,39.4±7 and 35.7±7.5%respectively.More than 50% of the total deposition was found in the head,fol-lowed by lung,mouth,esophagus and trachea.The deposition in right lung washigher than that in the left lung.
