University is the main force of scientific research and technological innovation as well as the provider of achievements in science and technology and human resources in high science and technology. In the times of information and network, university and enterprise hatchor is sure to hold the important place in the economic development. The cooperation between university and enterprise will bring gains. University gains long benefit from the way of having slocks. The new enterprises also provide job opportunities from graduators and encourage the other researchers in university. In the course of cooperation, university's Division is to provide soft resources: achievements in science and lechnology and talenl resources.
