摘要
经济管理者的职业心理、行为方式与组织绩效的高低,长期以来一直是经济管理学界普遍关泣的热点。通过回顾分析国内外的研究历史,从人格学、心理学、行为学等维度阐述了个体自我效能感、羞耻感、人际关系、环境等因素在人的自然属性、社会属性等复合函数中的相互作用。
