摘要
研究了DBC-偶氮胂与铅、铋的显色反应性能。实验结果表明,在0.1mol/L HClO_4介质中,DBC-偶氮胂与铅、铋均能显色,分别形成1:1和1:3型络合物,其摩尔吸光系数分别为4.46×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)和1.03×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),均具有较高的灵敏度,而且两者络合物的最大吸收峰有明显差异,故可用双波长分光光度法同时测定铅、铋;而在3.0mol/L HClO_4介质的高酸度下,试剂与铋的显色反应具有更高的灵敏度(ε为1.05×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)),此时铅不显色,此条件下可用于铋的单独测定。该方法用于某些纯金属和纯试剂中铅、铋的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of Pb + and Bi3 + with DBG - arsenazo are respectively 1:1 and 3:1, the molar absorptivities are respectively 4.46 × 104 L·mol-1·cm-1 and 1.03× 105 L·mol-1·cm-1, and their apparent absorption are obviously different from each other, so dual - wavelength spectrophotometry can be used to determinate Pb2+ and Bi3+ ; in 3.0 mol/L HC1 medium, the color reaction of Bi3+ with DBG - arsenazo have higher sensitivity ( e = 1.05×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 ) and Pb2+ has no reaction with the reagent. Bi3 + can be determinated in this medium. This method was used to determinate Pb and Bi in some pure metals and pure reagents.
