摘要
目的:研究单层辐射人羊膜对模型鼠烫伤创面敷盖治疗的疗效及愈合各阶段创面的组织学变化.方法:观察了 40只Wistar鼠深Ⅱ°烫伤创面.将单层辐射人羊膜和油纱对照贴敷创面进行观察,采用了活杀取材及电镜扫描检查法.结果:模型鼠创面用人羊膜贴敷侧比对照侧提前愈合.而且愈合创面外观是毛发规则丛生,皮肤具有弹性,表皮各层均为正常皮肤组织像.结论:经动物实验,此膜无免疫排斥现象,无毒、无菌、无刺激性.而且能防止创面水份、电解质和蛋白质的丢失,增强模型鼠的抵抗能力,避免感染,加速愈合.是治疗鼠烫伤创面的良好敷料.
Objective: To study the curative effect of single-layer radiation-treated human amnion to treat burning surface of rat and observe the histological change of healing surface in every stage. Methods: The 40 Wistar rats of burning surface of deep II degree were observed with single layer radiation-treated human amnion and vaseline carbasus on burning surface. The biopsy was taken and detected with electroscope. Results: Healing in human amnion group was improved than that in control group and the healing outlook was in regular hair and elastic skin. The epidermis in varied layers showed in normal histological image. Conclusion: This membrane had no immuno-rejection and with no-poison, sterile and no-stimulation. It could prevent lossing of water, electrolure and protein and promote healing. It might be a good dressing for treating burning surface.
