摘要
本文报告1985年6月—1989年6月间治疗的胆囊小隆起性病变17例,占同期手术切除胆囊数的8.9％。B超检查是胆囊小隆起性病变术前诊断的首选方法,本组检出率为88.2％。胆囊小隆起性病变可分为肿瘤性和非肿瘤性。还讨论了手术适应症及手术方法。
17 cases of small polypoid lesions in the gallbladder were treated from June 1985 to June 1989. The incidence of polypoid lesions in the cholecystectomy specimens during the same period was 8.9%. Preoperative diagnosis was usually established on B-ultrasonog-raphy, the detection rate of which has been 88.2%. These might be true tumors or non-tumor lesions. Indications of surgery and the surgical technique were discussed.
