摘要
本文报道1989年1月至10月应用国产ESWL—Ⅱ/ZM型体外冲击波碎石机原位治疗输尿管结石127例。其中输尿管上段结石69例,中段结石13例,下段结石45例,全部成功,效果满意。碎石治疗前、后未作其它泌尿外科辅助治疗。认为选择适当的碎石机型可以提高碎石成功率。输尿管结石原位体外冲击波碎石疗效满意,应作为首选治疗方法。较小结石也应早期治疗。对俯卧位治疗输尿管结石的优点和可能发生的并发症进行了讨论。
127 cases of ureteral stones were treated between Jan. and Oct 1989 with a domestically made ESWL-II/ZM lithotripter. There were 69 cases of upper ureteral stones, 13 middle ureteral and 45 lower ureteral stones. Success has been achiered in all with no major complications and no adjurant surgical managements were needed at all. The preliminary experience was presented. It is believed that ESWL would be the treatment of first choice for ureteral as well as for renal stones.
