摘要
从社会发展的视角,探讨了信息网络发展对科技进步的促进作用。主要有提高科学研究效率和效益;促进科学技术产业化;加强对科研不端行为的社会调控;创造良好的科研学术交流氛围;创造科研组织的新模式以及提高广大人民群众的科技素质等几方面。
The paper,bases itself upon social development,analyzes the promotion of information network devel-opment on S&T progress.mainly to raise scientific research efficiency,promote S&T industrialization,increase the adjustment and control of misconduct in science,creat the good atmosphere of scientific research and communion,make the new mode of science research group,improve the S&T diathesis of people.
