摘要
对安徽省农科院蚕桑研究所培育的不同倍数体桑品种的叶质进行养蚕和制种鉴定。结果表明 :用四倍体桑养蚕与对照 (湖桑 3 2 )相比 ,产卵的良卵数和卵粒数均高于对照 ,用三倍体桑养蚕与对照 (湖桑 3 2 )相比 ,茧层量增产 4%左右 。
The experiment in raising the silkworm with the leaves from different ploidy mulberry varieties and evaluating the quality of cocoons and the eggs was conducted. The result showed that the output of eggs reared with the leaves from tetraploidy mulberry variety was obviously higher than with those of mulberry variety-Husang 32 and the cocoon shell weight with triploid leave was 4 percent more than the check's. The results had relative to the nutrient of the leaf of different ploidy mulberry variety.
