乙酸乙烯酯合成管式反应器填装环柱形催化剂工况分析

摘要 测定环柱形催化剂的当量直径和床层空隙率,并计算不同空速下床层的压降。进行环柱形气相乙烯氧乙酰化合成乙酸乙烯酯催化剂的宏观反应动力学研究。根据试验回归所得反应动力学模型,模拟计算反应条件(入口组成、压力、温度)对工业乙酸乙烯酯合成反应管的转化率和选择性的影响。 The equivalent diameter and bed void volume of hollow cylindrical catalysts packed in a tube reactor for industrial synthesis of vinyl acetate were measured and the pressure drops between the beds at different space velocities were calculated.The reaction kinetics was studied.The effects of reaction conditions such as feed composition at reactor inlet,pressure,and temperature on conversion and selectivity were simulated and calculated on the basis of the reaction kinetics model obtained by regression of experimental data. vinyl
