摘要
在Na/K2CO3催化剂的作用下,丙烯二聚制备4-甲基-1-戊烯。研究了载体K2CO3的结构性质对催化剂催化性能的影响,并优化了反应条件。结果表明,用孔径集中分布于102~103nm的K2CO3作为载体,可制得性能良好的催化剂。在压力10 0MPa,温度130~150℃,丙烯液态空速1 0~1 5h-1的反应条件下,丙烯单程转化率不小于32%,4-甲基-1-戊烯的选择性不小于90%;经5000h连续运转实验表明,催化剂具有良好的稳定性。
Methyl-1-pentene was prepared through dimerzation of propylene with Na/K 2CO 3 as catalyst.The effect of the structure of the carrier K 2CO 3 on catalyst performance was investigated.It was found that catalysts with good performance could be obtained by employing K 2CO 3 having a narrow pore diameter distribution within 10 2~10 3 nm as carrier.Under the optimized reaction conditions of temperature,130~150 ℃; pressure, 10 0 MPa,and LHSV of propylene,1 0~1 5 h -1 ,the single pass conversion of propylene was≥32%,and the selectivity of 4-methyl-1-pentene was ≥90%.The stability of the catalyst was proved by a 5000 h running test.
