摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司常压蒸馏装置原设计无塔顶轻烃回收系统 ,轻烃气体引入常压炉作燃料 ,后由于装置轻质原油加工量大量增加 ,轻烃量也大量增加 ,因此增设了轻烃回收系统 ,将轻烃气体压缩分液后送至催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统回收。该系统投运一年来净增效益 (除去投资和操作费用 )约 80 0× 10 4RMB $。
No light hydrocarbons recovery system was designeed for the atmospheric distillation unit in Jinan Company and light hydrocarbon gases produced was introduced into the atmospheric furnace as fuel. In comercial operation,light hydrocarbons output increased greatly as the light crude feedstock increased. In order to recover the light hydrocarbons, a light hydrocarbon recovery system is added to the atmospheric distillation unit. The light hydrocarbon gases produced ,by way of compressor and separator, is fed to FCCU absorption and stabilization system. After one year running, the economic benefit of some 800×10 4 RMB yuan has been achieved.
