摘要
根据PLC控制系统故障产生的不同 ,提出了几种不同的故障检测程序的设计方法 ,包括首发故障信号自检、状态逻辑判断和时间极限检测等。也给出了故障信号显示的方法。
Several methods of program design of fault detection for PLC control system were presented based on different fault of control system, including the self detection of fault signals generating firstly, the judgement of logic of state and the detection of time limit. The methods of display of fault signals were given as well. These methods are useful for raising the reliability and safety of PLC systems.
