疏血通注射液对急性脑出血患者炎性介质、血小板参数与神经功能缺损的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察疏血通注射液对急性脑出血患者炎性介质、血小板参数与神经功能缺损的影响。方法选取我院2013年4月至2016年4月178例急性脑出血患者为研究对象,将纳入患者抽签随机分为疏血通组(n=89)与常规治疗组(n=89)。常规治疗组给予常规西医治疗,疏血通组在常规治疗基础上给予疏血通注射液治疗,比较两组血肿体积、神经功能缺损、血小板参数、炎性介质水平。结果疏血通组治疗后NIHSS评分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素细胞6(IL-6)均低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。疏血通组治疗后血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)分别为(183.13±24.34)×109/L、(11.22±1.75) fl、(14.78±1.96)%与常规治疗组的(176.42±27.85)×109/L、(12.85±1.06) fl、(16.02±1.15)%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液治疗急性脑出血可以抑制血小板聚集,缓解脑水肿,抑制炎症反应,促进受损神经功能的恢复。 Objective To study the effect of Shuxuetong injection on inflammatory mediators,platelet parameters and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsFrom April 2013 to April 2016,178 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into the Shuxuetong group(n = 89) and the routine treatment group(n = 89).The routine treatment group were treated with routine western medicine while the Shuxuetong group were treated with Shuxuetong injection,on the basis of routine treatment.The hematoma volume,neurological impairment,platelet parameters and levels of inflammatory mediators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score,levels of high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and interleukin 6(IL-6) were significantly lower in the Shuxuetong group than the routine treatment group(P〈0.05).After treatment,the platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV) and platelet distribution width(PDW) in the Shuxuetong group were(183.13 ± 24.340 × 10^9/L,(11.22 ± 1.75) fl and(14.78 ± 1.96) %,respectively while in the routine treatment group were(176.42 ± 27.85)×10^9/L,(12.85 ± 1.06) fl and(16.02 ± 1.15) %,respectively(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage can inhibit platelet aggregation,alleviate cerebral edema,inhibit inflammatory reactions and promote the recovery of neurological function.
