海泡石有机改性及在内墙水基涂料中应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 以湘潭海泡石精矿为原料进行了有机化改性和表面包覆增白处理,加强其表面对有机物质的亲和力和黏结性。改性海泡石经高速分散研磨后制成预凝胶,具备触变性和抗沉降特性,有利于提高低剪切力下涂料的稳定性。同时海泡石拥有介孔结构和表面负电性,制备的涂料涂覆于墙面后,对于空气中的有害气体有着良好的吸附净化作用。研究了海泡石有机改性工艺及在内墙水基涂料中的应用工艺流程,验证了涂料涂层对甲醛的净化作用。 The Xiangtan sepiolite concentrate was used as raw material for organic modification and surface coating whitening treatment to enhance the affinity and adhesion of the surface to organic substances. The modified sepiolite was pregeled by high-speed dispersion grinding. It has thixotropic and anti-settling properties, which is beneficial to improve the stability of the coating under low shear conditions. At the same time, sepiolite possesses mesoporous structure and surface electronegativity. The coated wall surface has a good adsorption and purification effect on harmful gases in the air. The organic modification process of sepiolite and its application process in water-based coatings for interior walls were studied. The purification of formaldehyde by sepiolite water-based coating were verified.
