摘要
目的:观察催乳汤联合维生素E对产后泌乳的影响。方法:将300例产妇随机分为观察组、对照组各150例,观察组于产后24小时内开始服用催乳汤及维生素E,连服5天;对照组则不给予干预。观察2组产后72小时泌乳情况及42天哺乳情况等指标。结果:产后72小时泌乳量4分以上者观察组占57.3%,对照组占26.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后72小时乳房饱满度4分以上者观察组占62.0%,对照组占34.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后72小时,宫底下降高度2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后72小时,血红蛋白值、血清泌乳素值、新生儿黄疸指数等2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。纯母乳喂养率观察组为59.2%,对照组为36.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合干预措施对产后泌乳有良好的影响。
Objective： To observe the effects of CuiRu decoction and vitamin E on postpartumlactation.Methods：All 300 puerperants were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 150 cases each group,the observation group began to take CuiRu decoction and vitamin E in 24 hours after the delivery, for five daysconsecutively, the control group were unhandled. The indexes of lactation conditions in 72 hours after delivery andsuckling conditions over 42 days after the delivery were observed between both groups. Results： The patientslactating the volume more than four points in 72 hours after delivery in the observation group held 57.3%, higherthan 26.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The patients lactating morethan four points of breast fullness in 72 hours after the delivery occupied 62.0%, higher than 34.7% of the controlgroup, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The difference had statistical meaning in thecomparisons of uterine fundus falling height in 72 hours after delivery（P〈0.05）. The difference had no statisticalmeaning in the comparisons of hemoglobin values, serum prolactin value, neonatal jaundice index and othersbetween both groups（P〉0.05）. Exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group was 59.2%, higher than 36.2%of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Intervention measures ofcombined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine show good effects on postpartum lactation.
