摘要
目的:观察柴芍抗松汤治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症伴抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。观察组口服柴芍抗松汤,对照组口服阿仑膦酸钠片(福善美),2组均连续治疗4个疗程。观察2组老年原发性骨质疏松症、抑郁障碍临床疗效及老年抑郁量表(GDS)评分。结果:老年原发性骨质疏松症总有效率观察组为92.3%,对照组为84.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑郁障碍总有效率观察组为89.7%,对照组为74.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组随着治疗时间的增加,GDS评分越低;相同时间点2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用柴芍抗松汤治疗老年原发性骨质疏松伴抑郁症患者临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of ChaiShao KangSong decoction in treating senile patientssuffering primary osteoporosis accompanying depression. Methods： All 78 patients were randomly allocated to theobservation group and the control group, 39 cases each group. The observation group took ChaiShao KangSongdecoction, and the control group Alendronate sodium tablets, both groups were treated for four courses consecutively.Geriatric depression scale （GDS） and clinical effects of depression disorder of the patients with primary osteoporosiswere observed. Results： Total effective rate of senile patients suffering primary osteoporosis in the observation groupwas 92.3%, higher than 84.6% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）; totaleffective rate of depressive disorder in the observation group was 89.7%, higher than 74.4% of the control group, andthe difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of clinical effects（P〈0.05）. As the therapeutic timeincreased in both group, GDS scales became lower; the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups at the same time point（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ChaiShao KangSong decoction is effective intreating the senile patients suffering primary osteoporosis complicated with depression.
