摘要
大学生科学职业决策能有效地缓解就业结构矛盾和提升大学生就业质量,如何从长期综合回报角度探讨我国大学生科学职业决策的决定因素是目前大学生职业生涯管理面临的重要课题。考虑到我国大学生职业生涯规划和我国就业环境的现状,基于长期回报的角度构建了大学生职业决策框架,并通过文献分析建立大学生长期回报职业决策的3个一级指标10个二级指标体系,采用AHP和群体决策法确定了各指标的权重并且通过了一致性检验。最后文章提出要提高大学生职业决策的长期回报,需要从深入理解国家及地区发展战略、及时掌握行业发展动态、时时把握职位信息等方面着手。
Scientific career decision - making of college students can effectively alleviate the contradiction of employment structure and improve the quality of their employment. How to explore the determinants of Chinese college students' career decision - making from the perspective of 10ng term comprehensive returns is an important issue for college students' career management. Considering the current situation of Chinese college students' career planning and employment environment in China, we use AHP and group decision method to determine the weight of each index and pass the consistency test. It is based on the perspective of long - term returns , this paper constructs a career decision - making framework for Chinese College students, and establishes three first - level indicators and ten second - level indicators of career decision - making for college students' long - term returns through literature analysis. Finally, the article proposes that in order to improve the long - term returns of college students' career decision - making, it is necessary to deeply understand the national and regional development strategies, timely grasp the industry development trends, and constantly grasp the job information.
