摘要
综合化学实验将不仅有助于加深学生基础知识和动手能力的融会贯通,还将有助于学生了解研究领域的最新进展。以煤气化半焦为原料,经复合活化剂处理,KOH活化等步骤制备得到活性炭,借助XRD和FT-IR对活性炭结构进行了表征。采用正交实验法,考察吸附时间、温度、活性炭量(KOH-AC)和亚甲基蓝浓度对吸附效果的影响。该实验基于《综合化学实验》课程内容,涉及从样品的制备、表征和性能测试,适合作为一个综合性实验进行开展。
Comprehensive chemical experiments will not only help students to deepen the understanding of basic knowledge and practical ability,but also help students to understand the latest progress in the field of research. Activated carbon was prepared from coal gasification semi-coke,by the management of composite activator(( ZnCl2-CuCl2) and KOH activation. The structure of activated carbon was synthesized by XRD and FT-IR. Effect of adsorption time,temperature,activated carbon quantity( KOH-AC) and methylene blue concentration were investigated by orthogonal experiment. This experiment was based on the course content of Comprehensive Chemical Experiment,which involved the preparation,characterization and performance testing of samples,was suitable to be carried out as a comprehensive experiment.
