渔用微生态制剂现状分析与发展建议 被引量:5

摘要 微生态制剂因其具有低成本、无污染、无耐药性等优点,在水产养殖中获得了广泛应用,也推动了渔用微生态制剂产业的迅猛发展。虽然渔业微生态制剂目前在水产养殖业中使用所占比重与日俱增,但其实际发展现状仍需进一步分析。文章通过对渔用微生态制剂的发展现状分析,总结了近年来渔业微生态制剂功能研究进展;同时,对渔业微生态制剂作用机理进行了梳理。由此,指出了中国渔用微生态制剂发展存在的主要问题,提出了渔用微生态制剂研究的重点研究方向以及建立标准体系必要性的建议。因此,我们认为加强渔业微生态制剂基础理论研究,建立完善的标准体系可为中国渔用微生态制剂产业的健康、可持续发展提供更为扎实的基础。 Microbial ecological preparations have been widely used in aquaculture because of their low-cost, non- polluted and non-resistant bacteria, which promoting the increasing development of industry in fishing/ microecological preparation. They constitute increasely a large proportion of additives in fishery feed over time. However, the current status remains unsure. This paper summarized their function and potential mechinasim based on the current status of microbial ecological preparations. Additionally, the problems of development process were addressed and solutions of enhancing basic research and building standards system were suggested. It would be benefit for health and sustainable industry in Chinese fishery microecological preparation that strengthening basic theoretical research and optimizing regulations.
