摘要
目的比较四肢创伤骨折后骨不连经不同植入物内固定治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月在本院接受治疗的四肢创伤后骨不连患者78例作为研究对象,根据内固定方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组采用动力加压钢板内固定方式,观察组采用带锁髓内钉固定方式,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者手术情况指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);康复速度指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);复发率略低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论针对四肢创伤骨折后骨不连采用带锁髓内钉固定方式治疗利于骨痂形成,可进一步促进骨折愈合,恢复膝关节功能。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of different implants internal fixation in bone nonunion aftertraumatic fracture of extremities. Methods A total of 78 patients with bone nonunion after traumatic fractures of extremitieswho were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into observation group and controlgroup, according to the different internal fixation methods, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was fixed bydynamic compression plate, the observation group was fixed by locking intramedullary nail, the effects of the two groupswere compared. Results After treatment, the surgical condition indexes of the operation group were better than those of thecontrol group （P〈0.05）; the recovery indexes were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; the infection rate waslower than the control group （P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate was slightly lower than that in the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The locking intramedullary nail in the treatment of bone nonunion after traumatic fractures of extremities isbeneficial to the formation of callus, which can further promote the fracture healing and knee joint function restore.
