摘要
目的探讨控尿技术联合腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗早期前列腺癌的临床效果及安全性。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年2月收治的68例早期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34,腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术)和观察组(n=34,控尿技术联合腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术)。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、控尿恢复时间、引流时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、控尿恢复时间、引流时间及胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于早期前列腺癌患者,采用控尿技术联合腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术进行治疗,效果良好,且术后并发症发生率低。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of urinary continence combined with laparoscopicradical prostatectomy in the treatment of early prostate cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with early prostate canceradmitted in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled as study objects and divided into control group（n=34, laparoscopic radical prostatectomy） and observation group （n=34, urinary continence combined with laparoscopicradical prostatectomy） according to the randomized digital table method. The operative time, intraoperative blood lossvolume, the time of urinary continence recovery, drainage time, the time of gastrointestinal function recovery andpostoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss volume in theobservation group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time, time of urinary continence recovery,drainage time and time of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the controlgroup（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urinary continence technique combined with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for earlyprostate cancer can achieve good results, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
