摘要
本文在调查研究西安交通大学四维函授站的基础上,结合成人教育管理存在的问题,提出成人教育管理队伍建设的基本思路,构建德、智、勤、能全面发展的高水平管理队伍,以管理队伍建设助推教育管理,提升教育质量,促进教育发展。
On the basis of investigating and studying the thinking correspondence station of Xiandefinedan Jiaotong University and combining the problems existing in the management of adult education, this paper puts forward the basic ideas of constructing the management team of adult education. Construct a high level management team that can develop in an all-round way. To improve the quality of education and promote the development of education.
