摘要
美军近期启动的"算法战"项目启发我们在情报的智能化发展中,要加快智能算法的开发和应用,但当前在情报领域算法开发与运用过程中无序化、碎片化等问题突出。为提升情报智能算法开发应用的效率,用功能分析方法和系统工程方法构建了相应的算法体系,提出了组织关系视图。
The ＂algorithmic warfare＂ project recently initiated by the US armed forces warns us to speed up the development and application of intelligent algorithm in intelligent information. However, the disordered and fragmentized problems are prominent in the development and application of information algorithm. An algorithm system was thus established by function analysis and system engineering analysis with the organization relationship profile proposed in order to speed up the development and application of intelligent information in our country.
