摘要
目的:探讨生大黄粉穴位贴敷对脑卒中后便秘的治疗效果,并研究护理干预对疗效的影响。方法:从郑州市中医院2015年8月至2017年10月期间收治的脑卒中后便秘患者中选择80例为研究对象,分为参照组(40例)和实验组(40例)。给予实验组患者生大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗,并予便秘护理常规;给予参照组予常规穴位按摩。将护理前后患者的排便情况进行对比,比较两组的治疗总有效率以及患者对治疗和护理结果的满意度。结果:治疗和护理前,参照组和实验组患者的排便情况差异不明显,P>0.05。经过治疗和护理,实验组的排便情况改善程度高于参照组,P<0.05。实验组的治疗总有效率(92.50%)高于参照组(75.00%),且实验组的满意度(95.00%)高于参照组(80.00%),P<0.05。结论:大黄粉穴位贴敷可有效改善脑卒中后便秘患者的排便情况,患者的满意度较高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of point application of Shengdahuang powder on constipation after stroke, and study the effect of nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect. Methods： 80 cases of post-stroke constipation patients admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the reference group （40 cases） and the experimental group （40 cases）. Patients in the experimental group were treated with point application of Shengdafang powder and constipation nursing routine. The reference group was given regular acupoint massage. The total effective rate and patients＇ satisfaction with treatment and nursing outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results： Before treatment and nursing, there was no signicant difference in defecation between the control group and the experimental group （P〉0.05）. After treatment and nursing, the improvement of defecation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total therapeutic efciency of the experimental group （92.50%） was higher than that of the reference group （75.00%）, and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group （95.00%） was higher than that of the reference group （80.00%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application of rhubarb powder can effectively improve the defecation of constipated patients after stroke.
