摘要
在分析中性点不接地系统铁磁谐振的机理和特点的基础上 ,对常用的消谐措施进行了讨论 ,指出其局限性。
Base on the analysis of mechanism and characteristic of ferro resonance of isolated neutral system,this paper discusses the preventive methods in common use,points out their localization,application scope and offers some other experience.
