橡胶干搅加工恶臭及有机废气治理方案设计 被引量:1

摘要 天然橡胶为使在深加工过程中质量均衡稳定,需进一步干搅加工,但在干搅加工的过程中会释放大量恶臭气体及有机废气,影响作业工人及周围环境,本研究通过多种工艺对比,拟采用一体化复合光解净化装置处理。天然橡胶干搅加工恶臭及有机废气经一体化复合光解净化装置处理后可达《橡胶制品工业污染物排放标准》(GB27632-2011)和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)中排放标准。
