不同肥料处理对小麦产量与品质效益的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Fertilization Treatments on Wheat Yield and Quality as Well as Their Net Economic Benefits

摘要 为筛选出适合江苏省盐城市射阳地区小麦最佳的施肥方案,在2015—2017年2个小麦生长季研究不同肥料运筹对产量、品质和效益的影响。结果表明,穗肥增施尿素7 kg/667 m2和复合肥12.5 kg/667 m2有助于产量的提高,主要表现为穗粒数和千粒质量的增加,虽增加了肥料成本,但净效益仍为最高;其次为基肥中增施锌肥0.75 kg/667 m2的处理。蘖肥后移到穗肥施用适用于晚播田块。各种不同肥料处理对小麦品质的影响不大。据淀粉糊化特性和面团流变学特性参数综合评价,蘖肥前移(T4处理)时小麦品质为最佳。 In order to identify the optimum fertilization strategy suitable for wheat growing in Sheyang area of Yancheng City, different fertilization strategies were evaluated for their effects on wheat yield and quality as well as the resulting economic benefits in the two wheat growing seasons of 2015—2017, with the wheat cultivars Rongmai 169 and Ningmai 13 used as tested materials in 2015 and 2016, respectively. The results showed that the treatment with compound fertilizer and carbamide applied at the rates of 12.5 kg/667 m2 and 7 kg/667 m2, respectively, in head sprouting stage had the largest yield increase compared with conventional fertilization treatment, mainly due to increases in grain number and 1000-grain weight. Although this treatment had a higher cost of fertilizers, its net economic benefit was still the greatest among all treatments. The second highest yield was attained in the treatment with 0.75 kg/667 m2 zinc fertilizer applied at the basal stage. No significant differences were found in gelatinization parameters and rheological parameters between innovated fertilization treatments and conventional fertilization treatment. The wheat grain quality was the best in the treatment with the conventional fertilization at tillering stage advanced to basal stage, while the treatment with the conventional fertilization at tillering stage postponed to panicle stage was suitable for a late-sown wheat field.
